Welcome to Glasgay! 2000 - a visable, and in the light of section 28/2a debacle this year, triumphant manifestation of the cultural and artistic diversity of which Scotland can and should be proud.

A packed programme promises to delight - with the Tron Theatre becoming the focus venue for the theatre and music events. Jazz finds its way into the programme in a new collaboration with the Glenmorangie Glasgow Jazz festival; we introduce cutting edge danceat CCA; and film at the Grosvenor.

International and local visual artists rub sholders at the Gallery of Modern Art, the hugely successful Festival Club returns to the Polo Lounge, and we've comedy, literary and film events to suit every taste. Involving the community is once again the priority, and with a full programme of workshops, we give everyone the chance to play a starring role in Glasgay!
