Flying Duck

Description

There are many words that could define The Flying Duck. In nu-speak it is a multi-arts, cross-medium, cultural performance and gathering space. More astutely, it is a night-club and bar. But we are a wee bit different from most bars and clubs in the city.

Set over two rooms the Duck is all about feeling relaxed in comfortable surroundings catering for customers who like something a little alternative - there is nothing generic about the place.

The kitchen bar is a cosy wee space which opens up as the back room for many of the club nights. It has low lighting, board games, plenty seats and lots of little oddities dotted around the place.

The main room is set up so that the speakers face onto the dance floor meaning it is easy to talk with friends and order drinks without being deafened. The club nights range from every genre possible but the friendly atmosphere remains throughout.

You can get tea and coffee all night and we even give away FREE TOAST.
